As one of the 8 major categories of Chinese cuisines, Sichuan cuisine has long been known for its delicious taste and spiciness.
Hong Gui Ren Restaurant, which opened its doors in 2004, specializes in this cuisine. It serves over a hundred Sichuan dishes, all at affordable prices. For example, Fried Sea-conch in Red Oil, Fried Sea-lobster in Red Oil, Seamed Sea Bass show prices ranging from RMB 50 to RMB 100.
The restaurant also presents special dishes like New Style Tingle Flavor Fish (RMB 38-58), Hongguiren Pepper Chicken for Appetite (RMB 50), Squab with Green Pepper (RMB 88), and Hongguiren Wulong Boiled Fish (RMB 38-58/kg).
You can finish your meal on a good coffee, black tea, or cocktails and whisky.
The interior setting of the restaurant is trendy, and the waitresses are very hospitable.
