Ancient Tibetan Treats

From sheepskin lamps to lotus-carved furniture to meditation scripture fittings, Tibetan artifacts are skillfully applied in creating the soothing environment of BaiMaQuMi Spa. Located at West 3rd Ring Middle, this spa was founded by doctors who are not only skilled in western medicine, but also very knowledgeable in herbal Tibetan medicine.

Herbal therapies are their forte, all for relieving aches and ailments of their customers through services such as the 45-minute temperature-controlled foot baths (RMB 180) or the 90-minute full-body massage (RMB 460).

Saffron, a rare spice grown in Tibet, is the main herb they use, employed for its ability to stimulate blood circulation, promote healthy hair, and help female fertility. It's used in their massage oil, served in their teas (RMB 40), and also in their spa's vegetarian cuisines.
