Xiabu xiabu is a hot pot bar in the Pacific shopping mall. It is a very famous hot pot franchise in Beijing because it is fast, clean, and delicious. Customers can order combos, or order a la carte.

A combo is economical: it includes a plate of mutton or beef, a plate of vegetables, and a cup of soft drink (RMB 25). If you order from the menu, you have a choice of meat, vegetables, sea food, and bean curds. The price of a meat dish is RMB 12-18 per plate; vegetables are RMB 6-10; sea food, RMB 12-22; bean curds, RMB 6-8. Waitresses in the venue are hospitable and they wear clean uniforms.

Soup in the hot pot is free of charge. It comes in various flavors: spicy, less spicy, and not spicy. Menus bear pictures.
