Tujia Minority Dishes in Beijing

BTL-club is a restaurant serving Tujia minority dishes. Tujia is one of Chinese 55 minority groups; It originates in the Hunan province. Tujia dishes are sour, spicy, and appetizing.

The restaurant’s most popular dishes are fried salty potatoes（炸土豆）, steamed preserved pork（粉蒸肉）, and pork with sweat broad pea（腊肉荷兰豆）. They serve free sides: pickles, soaked pork, soaked fishes, and soaked peppers. You can order Tujia rice wine.

It is a neighborhood restaurant, so dishes are inexpensive. You can order a dish for as low as RMB 6. Most dishes are RMB 10-20. The chefs are all from the Hunan province, and some of the waitresses belong to the Tujia minority. The service is good.
