The chef prepares delicious sushi and fresh sashimi of course, but also less well-known courses such as a braised bull tongue, patiently stewed for over 8 hours. This authentic Japanese delicacy is priced at a reasonable RMB 45. Also on the menu: boiled eel, tuna salad with avocado, and Wu-Dong noodles. Most fares cost between RMB 20 to RMB 80.
